ORDERS

Orders are processed 7 days a week, we aim to process all orders within 2-4 days. Orders received after 9pm EST will be processed the following day. 

Processed orders are shipped out Monday-Saturday. Please see below for shipping estimates and rates:

CANADA - Free Shipping (4-7 business days)

US - $5.99, FREE for orders over $100 (5-10 business days)

EXPEDITED WITHIN CANADA: Not yet available.

US EXPEDITED: Not yet available.

PAYMENTS

Online: All major credit/debit cards via Stripe & Paypal.

Pick-Up/Local Delivery: All major credit cards accepted via Square magstripe card reader (no debit/cash).

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

 In the event we are out of stock of an item, we have several options:

- You may still request the item, we will special order it for you. It generally takes 4-7 days for us to receive an item to ship out.

- We can offer another item of the same value.

- We can cancel your order at your request.

RETURNS

We will accept returns for any item within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused.

- Should you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us immediately to resolve this issue.

- Please be advised all returned shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

- The customer must repackage  the product properly when returning to prevent any damage or additional damage.

- Should a return be received in an undisclosed, unsatisfactory condition, the customer will forfeit 30% of their purchase price.

- Pick Up/Delivery returns must be mailed. Please contact us to arrange this.

- We are unable to process exchanges at this time, if you are unsatisfied with a product - you will receive a full refund.
